Description



Brooklyn Hall of Famer Zack (Buck) Wheat (d.1972) has endorsed the offered 1912 M101-2 Sporting News Supplement. The dated 1/4/12 page is mounted to a sturdy cardboard backing. The lengthy blue ink endorsement is preceded by a salutation with both grading ("9-10") in strength and clarity. Despite moderate creasing and reinforced tearing, those disruptions are apart from Wheat's signature. A true pre-war treasure which comes with a full photo LOA from JSA.
