While the Chicago Cardinals fans had little to cheer about during the 1950s, Ohio based studio Gibbs-Conner & Co. gave them a boost with this fantastic football mascot bank. One of the larger figurals in the G-C line, this attention grabber reaches a full 9" in height at the tip of the proud redbird's head and the gridiron style base measures 7-1/4 x 3". Team affiliation is announced boldly, with "Chicago Cardinals" in raised black lettering spanning the front of the football coin receptacle. This glistening gem sports a clean surface with full factory paint and reflective gloss, to rate as (NM-MT+).
